We know that ordering a custom structure can feel like a big step—so we’ve made our process as clear and simple as possible. From start to finish, we’re here to make it easy, efficient, and stress-free.
Step 1: Contact & Consultation
Reach out through our contact form, give us a call, or message us directly. We'll start by learning about your needs, space, and goals to recommend the right coop or backyard structure for you. If you're wondering where to place your coop, check out this blog.

Step 2: Estimate & Approval
After we’ve talked through your vision, we’ll provide a detailed, written estimate. Once it’s signed and approved, your project will officially be added to our schedule. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Note: A phone call is required before final scheduling to confirm site conditions and expectations.
Step 3: Pre-Build Prep
We build as much as possible at our shop—walls, doors, hen houses, and more. This helps lower costs and keeps your property free from large equipment or heavy delivery trucks. Everything is installed on-site, so you won’t need to make space for a pre-built delivery.
Step 4: Site Requirements
We require a level installation area to ensure your structure functions properly and remains stable long term. If the area is not level, we’ll provide guidance on what’s needed to correct it before the build.
Step 5: Delivery & Installation
We offer free delivery and installation within 60 miles of Tuttle, Oklahoma. Installation typically takes between 2 to 10 days, depending on the size and complexity of your structure—but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Step 6: Completion & Ongoing Support
Most installations are completed within 2 to 10 days, depending on the size and features of your coop. We’re here to answer any questions and make sure everything is exactly how you imagined. If anything comes up afterward, just give us a call.
Typical Turnaround Time
We’re are currently booked through October, but you’ll be given an accurate time estimate once project is approved. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
